These general purpose production blades
are ideal for cutting materials with easy to moderate machinability.
They efficiently handle solids, shapes, tubing and structural
materials as well as bundled and stacked pieces. These bi-metal
blades have Matrix II High Speed Steel cutting edges, electron beam
welded to alloy steel backers.
Damage-resistant cutting teeth. Fatigue-resistant
backer.
The Matrix II High Speed Steel cutting edges are hardened to Rc
66-68 to prevent tooth damage and increase wear resistance. The
backer is fatigue resistant alloy steel. The combination results
in longer blade life, fewer blade changes and higher production
rates.
Versatility to also handle maintenance
applications.
These highly versatile blades are also ideal for intermittent use
in maintenance shops where they must also cut a variety of materials
on a daily basis.
